Good Girl?

It was suggested that since Roxxi the "bad girl" had her good girl side that the good girl Phoebe might have a secret "bad girl" side... well I couldn't find anything other than her habit of accosting poor young men in alleyways for kisses... I couldn't really figure out if that was bad or good.. poor Koby was obviously suffering... hmmmm yeah right :)
