MGA sues Mattel!

I know of one really nasty thing Mattel pulled recently and MGA asked me not to mention it but I am sure it will come out in the details of this case. Its not a surprise, Mattel is a nasty bully.

MGA Entertainment, Inc. Files Suit against Mattel, Inc.

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 13, 2005--MGA Entertainment, Inc., the maker of the world famous "BRATZ" dolls, filed a multi-count federal lawsuit against Mattel, Inc. in the Central District of California on April 13, 2005. In what MGA calls "A Picture Speaks a Thousand Words" lawsuit against the behemoth toy company, MGA alleges that Mattel has engaged in acts of unfair competition and intellectual property infringement intended to damage MGA's market share, confuse consumers and trade on MGA's goodwill.
